Project Highlights

Herold Engineering was pleased with the completion of West Vancouver’s Irwin Park Elementary School Renovation which included an exterior overhaul and updating of the mechanical /HVAC systems. The project was made possible by a grant from the Ministry of Education School Enhancement Fund.

Updates included exterior cladding and window renewal as well as the demolishing of the existing cladding back to the ship lap sheathing. New self-adhered air barrier, Exterior Roxul Semi Rigid Insulation and new cladding were added while the mechanical upgrade was done simultaneously on the interior by SMCN Consulting with Unitech Construction acting as the Construction Manager.
